Type Four and Disidentification; or, the Boys Talk About Masculinity

In this episode of the Awareness to Action Enneagram podcast, Mario Sikora and Seth “Creek” Creekmore talk about masculinity and how it relates to the Enneagram. Each point has an accelerator – a practice that helps cultivate the core quality at that point. For Enneagram Type Four, the core quality is individuality and the accelerator is disidentification, which applies to each subtypes. Mario and Creek discuss how identity is important but can be limiting, dismissing and misleading, leading to a broader conversation about masculinity.
